Sovereign Deployment
VELA runs inside a private cloud instance your institution controls. No queries leave your environment. No data touches shared infrastructure. No third-party model provider sees your documents.
Chapter V of UK GDPR prohibits transferring personal data outside the UK without adequate safeguards. Every standard cloud AI product does exactly that. VELA does not.
